This is how it works:

  1. We make an appointment to visit your property. You are informed about the sales process, our commission, selling costs, rights and obligations.
  2. After valuation we agree on the listing price.
  3. You or your legal representative provide us with various documents of the property.
  4. We sign a listing agreement, exclusive or non-exclusive.
  5. Handing over keys or arrangement for our access to your property. We are always present in the viewings of your property when another agency brings a potential buyer.
  6. We prepare the property for photography and make a presentation.
  7. We provide publicity and sales activities through various channels and on our web site.
  8. Viewings
  9. Regular follow-ups and adjustments if needed
  10. Offer and acceptance. Completion and sale of property.

To proceed with a listing, we need the following documents and/or information:

  • Copy of all owner’s passports
  • NIE/DNI/NIF number of all owners
  • Copia simple or Nota simple (title deed)
  • Energy certificate
  • Certificate of 2nd occupancy
  • Latest IBI-SUMA payment (local property and rubbish tax)
  • Latest payment of utility bills (water, electric/gas etc.)
  • Lates payment of community fee
  • Full address of property
  • Contact information to you as the seller (email, phone numbers)
  • Contact info to legal representation if available
